• 1 pint-sized freezer bag, zip type
  • 1 gallon-sized freezer bag, zip type
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Fill half the gallon-sized bag with cubed or crushed ice, and add 6 tbsp. salt to the ice.

Mix the milk, sugar, and vanilla in the smaller 1 pint-sized bag and zip it closed. Place it inside the larger bag and zip it closed, too. Squish and shake for about 5 minutes, until the ice cream thickens.
